Hereinafter, Trazados Consulting S.L. will be referred to as “TuEmpleadoVirtual”, “the Company” or “the Owner”.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website and the TuEmpleadoVirtual service platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”), owned by the Company, which offers management and assistance tools for property administration firms and communities of owners.

Access to the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of this Legal Notice, as well as of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy published by the Company at any given time.

3. Conditions of access and use

The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Platform in accordance with applicable legislation, this Legal Notice, generally accepted morality and good customs, and public order.

The user shall refrain from using the Platform for unlawful or prohibited purposes or effects, or those harmful to the rights and interests of third parties. In particular, and by way of example and not limitation, the user undertakes not to:

• Use the Platform to transmit, install or publish any virus, malicious code or other harmful programs or files.
• Use the Platform to collect personal data of other users.
• Access without authorisation any part of the Platform, other systems or networks connected to the Platform, any Company server or the services offered through the Platform.
• Breach, or attempt to breach, the security or authentication measures of the Platform or of any network connected to it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any element of the Platform.
• Reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of the Platform without the express written consent of the Owner.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content of the Platform, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of the Company or of third parties, and no exploitation rights over it shall be deemed assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the Platform.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are owned by the Company or by third parties, and access to the Platform shall not be understood to grant any right over them.

5. Exclusion of warranties and liability

The Company does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the Platform or its content, nor that the content is up to date. Provided no causes make it impossible or difficult to do so, and as soon as it becomes aware of errors, disconnections or lack of updating of the content, the Company will carry out all work aimed at correcting the errors, restoring communication and updating the content.

The automated assistance and artificial intelligence features of the Platform are intended as management support. The responses and proposals generated must be reviewed by the user, who is ultimately responsible for the decisions taken and the communications issued in the course of their professional activity.

The Company shall not be liable for damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the Company's control.

6. Links

Where the Platform contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, the Company exercises no control over those sites and their content. Under no circumstances shall the Company assume any liability for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, breadth, truthfulness or constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the Platform, and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through it and the way they are presented or located.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the Company and the user shall be governed by current Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under applicable legislation, unless a different mandatory forum must apply by law.
