Delete your account
Last updated: 2026-08-27 · Español
This page explains how to request the deletion of a TuEmpleadoVirtual account and what happens to the associated data. It applies to both the mobile app and the web dashboard.
1. How to request deletion
There are two ways, and both lead to the same place:
- From the mobile app: More → Settings → Request deletion of my account. The administrator of your firm is notified immediately.
- By email, if you no longer have the app installed or cannot access it: write to info@trazados.com from the address you sign in with, stating that you are requesting the deletion of your account.
We will reply within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR. In practice, the deletion is carried out as soon as the administrator of your firm processes it.
2. Why your firm processes the deletion
TuEmpleadoVirtual is a professional tool contracted per firm, not a consumer app: there is no public sign-up, and accounts are created by the firm's administrator for their team.
That is why the app does not allow immediate self-deletion. An account gives access to data of communities and residents that does not belong to that person, and if the person deleting themselves were the only administrator, the firm would be left with nobody able to manage the remaining accesses. You start the request; it is carried out by whoever is responsible for that data.
3. What is deleted
- Your access, immediately: the session is closed and the credentials stop being valid.
- Your profile data: name, email address and preferences.
- The identifiers of your mobile devices, so you stop receiving notifications right away.
4. What is NOT deleted, and why
The work carried out on the communities under administration —incidents, work orders, communications, documents and accounting entries— is not your personal data: it belongs to the firm, which is the data controller towards the communities and their residents. That content remains in the firm's account after your deletion.
Records that the law requires to be kept for the legally required periods are also retained: billing records, in accordance with Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code and tax regulations, and the access logs needed to demonstrate the security of the service.
5. Your other rights
In addition to erasure, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@trazados.com. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
