Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Spanish mainland time), except national public holidays.

Response time: we reply within a maximum of 48 business hours. Issues that prevent use of the service are handled the same business day.

2. What to tell us to speed things up

• The name of your firm and the email address you sign in with.
• Whether it is the mobile app or the web dashboard, and on which screen it happens.
• On mobile, the version number: it is under More → Settings → About → Version.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.

3. Common requests

• Adding or removing someone from the team: done by your firm's administrator from Settings → Users.
• Requesting deletion of your account: see Delete your account.
• Exercising your data protection rights: see the Privacy Policy.
• Contracting, billing and pricing: write to us at the email above.
